Background
For your protection, all of our servers are configured to block "Brute Force Attacks" This means that we automatically block connections to our servers from the IP Addresses of users that fail authentication more than 3 times in 10 minutes. This includes cPanel, WHM, SSH, FTP and Mail logins.
Any blocking created automatically is removed within 24 hours.
What this means to you...
- if you forget a password, try again but wait 10 minutes before a third attempt
- if you do fail three times in 10 minutes, everyone in your office will be locked out for the rest of the day!
- if you think that you have been locked out, just send a support request to support@4results.biz (or your priority support email address) and we'll look into it as soon as possible.
What you do not have to worry about...
These measures do not affect applications such as Wordpress, Automate4Results etc
